All reservations require 50% deposit at time of booking.
If the customer cancels more than 14 days in advance, the owner may refund a portion of the deposit, after deducting any non-recoverable costs or fees incurred. Rescheduling is available for events cancelled less than 14 days in advance. If the event is not rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited. If the customer cancels within 7 days of the event, the deposit shall be forfeited. If cancelled within 2 days of the event, the customer will be responsible for 100% of the rental fee and no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling--Customers may reschedule their booking one time at no additional cost if this notice is 7days prior to their event. The rescheduled event must take place within 60 days of original date.

Weather Policy--Refunds will not be issued due to weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe by Golf Lab Mobile. In such cases customers may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund. We encourage a sheltered backup plan in case of inclement weather.

Service Interruptions--If a technical issue occurs that significantly impacts the event and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the duration and severity of the impact of the interruption.

Refund Processing--Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
