Do I need my own equipment? NO! But you are welcome too. We bring men's right handed clubs. Others are available to rent. Corporate events include all clubs.
What events do you serve? We are flexible and can make any event memorable! Corporate events, weddings, private parties, businesses, trade shows and more!
What if it rains? The trailer and the dome are usable during light rain. Severe weather and wind will be evaluated case by case. We would encourage a secondary inside location just in case.
Are there branding opportunities? ABSOLUTELY!!! There are many ways to incorporate logos, banners, tables, merchandise and anything you can think of to make this a marketing dream!
How far in advance should we book? The sooner the better. The calendar fills up quick and premier dates go faster. We do offer 2 different simulators to help accommodate.
What payment options are available? We accept payment online through the website. We also accept CashApp and Venmo. Inquire about a cash discount.
Are you offering any specials? We are!!! We are discounting the 3rd hour as an initial special. Contact us for details.

How much space is required for The Signature Series Golf Lab Trailer Experience? The trailer can be parked in driveways, lots, event spaces or street or any level area. A space 25 feet wide, 25 feet long and 12 foot high will likely accommodate.
What is the refund policy? See the refund page for more details. Basically-cancellations 14 days or more receive a full refund (less and expenses) Cancellations 7-14 days out will be offered to reschedule. If a date cannot be determined the deposit will be forfieted. Cancellations within 2 days will be charged for a full rental.
Is this fun for non-golfers? YES!! Some of our most enthusiastic and entertaining participants are new to the game.
What is the difference between The Signature Series Golf Lab Trailer Experience and The Elite Flex Dome Experience? The Premium Trailer has many upgrades including the Foresight GCQuad launch monitor and a humongous LED screen. The Dome Experience is still a premium experience that can fit into a wide variety of venues. A trailer has limits as to where it can go.
Can the event be inside or outside? The event can be anywhere the simulator will fit. Trailer --25 feet long x 25 feet wide x 12 feet tall Dome--15 feet long x 15 feet wide x 11 feet tall. plus room for guests outside the simulators.
What ages can use the simulator? If you can safely swing a club--you can use the simulator.
Do I need to be an experience golfer to participate? NO!! We offer a wide range of contests and games that accommodate all golf levels.
How much space does The Elite Flex Dome Experience require? 15 foot wide, 15 foot long and 11 foot high. Great for smaller spaces inside or outside.
What if there is severe weather? more details on the Refund Policy page. We want all participants to be safe. If the weather is severe and the event is cancelled, a rescheduled date will be suggested or a full refund will be offered. We would encourage a secondary location in case of weather issues.
Would this work well at a Trade Show? YES!!! Our interactive simulators will extend the time each prospective client spends at the booth.
Is The Flex Dome Experience cheaper than The Signature Series Trailer Experience? Yes.
How much does it cost? Each event is different. Contact us for details. Weekdays are cheaper. The Dome is cheaper than the trailer.
What is included in the basic rental? We provide the simulator and all the electronics. We provide balls, tees and men's right handed clubs.
How long does set up and tear down take? Each event is different but it should take less than 1 hour.
Do you require power? We would love access to a standard plug in but have generator power if needed.
How many people can participate? Closest to the Pin contests: 25-40 players/hr Longest Drive: 30-50 players/hr Full hole play: 12-20 players/hr 3 hole play: 4-8 players/hr
Do restaurants and bars see value in booking? YES!! Guests stay longer when there is an interactive event/entertainment. Longer stays = Larger tabs.
Is there a deposit? Yes. 50% deposit secures the date and time. Full payment is required before the event setup begins.
Is there a minimum timeframe for the event? We have a 3 hour minimum per event.
Can we rent for multiple days? ABSOLUTELY! We can accommodate many situations and requests.
